Leicester
have offered the 25-year-old a new contract worth over £100,000-a-week
to stay but Kante is set on the idea of joining up with Antonio Conte at
Stamford Bridge.
The
France international is keen to stay in the Premier League and shun the
advances of Shanghai
SIPG, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain with a
five-year deal on the table at Chelsea.

Kante
has a £20m trigger clause that allows teams to open talks with
Leicester but Chelsea accept they will have to offer more to reach
accord with the Premier League champions.
The Foxes say a fee has not been agreed. Kante was offered a new contract before Euro 2016 which was turned down.
