Neymar showed supporters why he should return to focusing on football, as he displayed his lack of golf skills to the world.
The
Barcelona star appears in a video called 'Neymar Jnr's Challenge', in
which he is seen trying out his iron and putting skills.
Neymar,
currently in Brazil preparing for the Olympics, will miss the start of
Barcelona's next campaign as the Games schedule clashes with the
beginning of the Spanish season.

The
Brazilian also missed out playing for his country at the Copa America,
as Barcelona feared Neymar's participation in both tournaments would
affect his preparations for the new season.
Back
to the video and Neymar straight away gets off to a bad start, as his
first iron shot is an air shot, while the next only travels a few yards.
The
Brazilian then gets back to doing what he does best, by showing off his
football kick up skills. Neymar jokes: 'I'm pretty good with my feet,
too'.

Golf at the Rio Olympics, which has been included for the first time since 1904, has been plagued with controversy.
Many
big name players in the world of golf have dropped out, including Jason
Day, Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson, Rory McIlroy, Adam Scott, Branden
Grace and Louis Oosthuizen, with the majority of golf stars citing the
zika virus as their reason for not attending the Olympics.
Seven
of the top 15 golfers in the world will still play in Brazil but losing
the top four could possibly prevent golf from being included in future
Olympics.
